Here you can find forms to print and fill out to register for breaks (ie Spring Break, Summer Break, etc).  Make sure you pay and turn in the required paperwork before the deadline!

These are the forms needed in order to register to enroll your child at SAC.  Download, print, and fill out these registration forms and take them to your Site Director along with a one time $10 registration fee.
