Registering for SAC Written by Putnam County SAC    Friday, 20 February 2009 12:40 An SAC Emergency Information Sheet and a Schedule of Enrollment Form must be completed for each child registering in the program.  These forms must be completed and turned in to the site director, along with your registration fee, before your child may attend the program.
